When I saw a brochure for New Futura, I immediately showed it to my husband when he came home from work. We had been talking about relocating to get closer to his job, so I had been looking for anything in District 9 to make that happen. When I saw New Futura, everything about it looked and felt right. When my husband looked at the same brochure later that night, he told me that he felt the same way about it. The architecture for the two towers is nothing short of gorgeous, especially at night when it is lit up.
Upon closer look, there are elevated decks, a sky garden sprinkled here and there, and then the bridge that links the two towers midway up. There are so many community amenities too that everyone living there can enjoy together. My husband and I do not have children yet, so it will be nice to mingle with other young couples there. There is a wellness studio too, which is something that we did not have at the time. We both belonged to a gym, but we were not able to get there every day because it took about 40 minutes round trip to get there and back.
There are swimming pools, social and family lounge areas, places to do yoga, waterfalls, pet areas, and so much more. I knew that we would not use everything, but I counted all the community features and we will definitely use at least 75 percent of them. The condos are really nice too, and I fell in love with the three bedroom unit that we have now. Even though we do not have kids, we have talked about it and both decided that it will be nice for us to have two kids, so we are ready for them now too!
