I Have Been Placed on a Very Strict Diabetic Diet

My son has been making alot of recipe suggestions lately for dinner. Which is fine for me because I have been placed on a very strict diabetic diet and I can usually take any meal and change a few things around to make it diabetic friendly. Mix that all up and serve it over wheat pasta and you have a pretty good rendition of turkey stroganoff. And as a matter of fact, it was excellent!
